The subscription applications shall be addressed to the management of Kuwait International Fair, or the authority entrusted by it, after completion of the subscription contract.
The exhibitor shall specify the exhibition items upon submission of application. The items or services to be introduced in the exhibitor's pavilion shall be mentioned.
The exhibitor shall comply with the specialization of the exhibition and the types of exhibited items specified by the exhibitors.
The exhibitors shall be entitled to remove items not listed in the specialization of the exhibition or mentioned in the organizer's brochures.
The companies which are willing to sell at the exhibition, must obtain a prior written approval from the official authorities.
The exhibitors are not responsible in case that the exhibitor fails to obtain a prior approval.
In this case, the companies, which booked their areas at the exhibition, shall comply with the area specified at the exhibition and the participation contract.
No financial payments shall be refunded. The exhibitor shall exhibit the product only.
If the exhibitor does not occupy the place assigned to him, and proceed with the preparation in the period specified, then the organizers shall have the right to dispose of the place assigned to the exhibitor.
The right of the exhibitor in the amounts paid shall be confiscated and he shall not be entitled to any claim.

The exhibitor shall pay the fees for the area booked upon signing the application, as follows:
20% of the area booked upon signing the application.
80% of the area booked 30 days before the opening of exhibition.
The exhibitor shall fulfil the participation conditions upon the payment of the Second payment on due date.
In case of failure to pay, the organizers shall have the right to dispose of the area booked by the exhibitor.
The amounts paid by the exhibitor shall be confiscated and the organizers shall have the right to claim the remained amount of the participation fees.
In case that the exhibitor is willing to withdraw from the exhibition, he shall submit a written application to the organizers 90 days before the opening of the exhibition, 50% of the original amount of the first payment shall be deducted.
In case of withdrawal without the notification of the organizers in the time specified, the right of the exhibitor in claiming any amounts shall be confiscated.
He shall be obliged to pay the participation fees in full.

In case of exhibitions at pavilions without decorations, the exhibitor shall have the right to install the structures necessary to his exhibition items, after obtaining a written approval of his decorations from the organizers.
The height of such structures (decorations) shall not exceed 2.5 meters (two and a half meters).
The organizers shall have the right to remove the structures, which do not comply with this condition regarding height.
The exhibitor shall bear the costs of removing these items.
The exhibitor shall complete the exhibition structures and decorations at his pavilion during the period specified for that purpose.
The partitions and exhibited items shall be set in good manners during the exhibition times for visitors.
No exhibition items shall enter or exit during the exhibition hours.
The exhibitor shall apply his pavilion with fire extinguishers to prevent the danger of fire.
All works inside the pavilions and on the exhibition floor, which may damage the exhibition place or change it, shall not be installed unless after obtaining a prior written permit from the exhibition management.
The organizer shall remove or reject any decorations which are inappropriate in terms of aesthetic image of the exhibition. In this case, the exhibitor shall change the decorations in a manner that accord with the general image of the exhibition.

The exhibition management shall bear the responsibility of night security for the main gates only, it is not responsible of the exhibited items in the exhibitors pavilions.
The organizers shall not bear any responsibility regarding the safety of exhibited items or the property of the exhibitors or any individual or any loss resulting from theft, fire or any other reason beyond the control of the organizers.
The exhibitors shall insure their exhibited items and all items that require insurance during the exhibition period.
The organizers shall have the right to assign the areas for the exhibitors.
They shall have the right to change the design or some parts of it if necessary.
In this case, the exhibitors shall accept any change in the areas, which were previously assigned to them.
The organizers shall have the right to postpone the date of exhibition or cancel it.
In this case, they will inform the exhibitor in writing before the date of the exhibition. No financial compensations shall be claimed from the organizers.
In case of force majeure such as disasters, wars, or incidents beyond the control of the organizers, the contract shall be null and void, without any obligation towards the other party.
The amounts paid for the exhibition shall be refunded to the exhibitor.
The exhibitor shall vacate the pavilion assigned to it and restore the place to its previous condition within three days after the expiry date of the exhibition.
The exhibitor shall bear the full physical and legal responsibility resulting from any damage caused by him or his staff or those under his control, whether this damage has been caused to the organizers or a third party.
